NewTek Unveils TimeWarp™, a High-Performance Replay Controller for TriCaster™ Time Warp is an external USB device that lets an operator mark in and out points for playing back video in normal and slow-motion, allowing a dedicated operator to perform instant slow motion replay at adjustable speeds on-the-fly during live productions. New LiveControl™ Accessory for TriCaster™  LiveControl is an optional USB device that provides users with dedicated control of each TriCaster input for more compelling productions with tighter pacing. LiveControl, available in two versions for all NewTek’s TriCaster models (LC-08 for TriCaster; LC-11 for TriCaster PRO™, TriCaster STUDIO™ and TriCaster BROADCAST™), can be used in tandem with NewTek’s other new LiveText™ and TimeWarp™ accessories to more efficiently integrate titling, replay and slow motion capabilities into TriCaster-generated productions.

LiveControl, makes it possible for the producer and technical director to focus on their respective roles to improve the accuracy, pacing and overall quality of live web streams and video projects. The device’s layout and large buttons mimic the physical surface and feel of control mechanisms familiar to professional technical directors, so they can effectively operate a TriCaster immediately.

Sports Ammo Pack  for 3D Arsenal™ and LightWave® provides content for sporting event productions includes 75 individually animated scenes that allow the user to quickly customize color and texture mapping and custom color presets for commonly-used team colors. Included are 15-second openings and 5-second bumper animation sequences for football, baseball, basketball and soccer plus team and player identification plus much more. List price is $295.00.

NewTek Sports Graphics Packs  include different two sets of graphic elements designed for sports event production using  TriCaster™, VT[5]™ and SpeedEDIT™ systems. Each Sports Graphics Pack offers five graphic designs with twelve templates each. Each template offers DVEs and graphic elements which are easy to customize. List price is  $195.00.

NewTek Sports LiveSet Pack includes five sports-related virtual sets for TriCaster. The customizable sets includes a selection of color schemes and background elements with three camera angles with four focal lengths. Single-person and two-person sets are included. List price is $399.00.

NewTek TriCaster 2.0 software will ship with all new TriCasters and be available as an upgrade for older units. The TriCaster 2.0 software includes MPEG-2 I-frame recording of the live-switched program to hard drive (allowing use of  Final Cut, Vegas, Premiere, etc. to edit programs if needed), Flash streaming, playback QuickTime clips as video sources during switching and more. List price on the upgrade is $495.00 ($995.00 for upgrading old-style TriCaster PRO to the new-style TriCaster PRO).
